Ligurian Cuisine Classes
A superb combination of relax in an enchanting nature, the temptation of simple but savoury food, like pasta with pesto or olive oil focaccia, and the thrill of being able to cook it yourself. A great opportunity to experience the Italian real life between that short spell of coast and its mountain countryside, in a region so rich in historical traces and monuments dating back the medieval time.
We are two enterprising B & Bs located in Leivi (Genoa area), in a nice and hilly corner overlooking the Tigullio Gulf, just half way between Portofino mountain and The 5 Terre. We are pleased to welcome you and offer simple but interesting local cuisine classes. These classes will be based on local, traditional recipes and will take place in one of our typical kitchens. You will be directly involved in preparing the dishes with us and the teacher, while tasting local wine. At the end of the classes you will join us for dinner, also enjoying the same dishes we have prepared together.
You can choose to take one or more classes as you please, according to your stay
3 hours time each class, to be held either in the morning or in the afternoon, according to the availability of the kitchen and the teacher

The B&B kitchen, Ristorante GrandItalia kitchen in Rapallo or the Trattoria Pedun kitchen in Carasco

Min. price per person:
40 euros including ingredients and tools
